Chichester city centre is about 15 mins walk, and there is secure bicycle storage if you wish to bring a bike.
Parking is fairly easy here as there are currently no parking restrictions in this area.

The furnished room includes a comfortable double-bed with underneath storage, a long dressing table/desk and chair, bookcase, full length mirror and a new flat screen full-HD internet-enabled Smart TV for Netflix etc.

Fast broadband exists throughout the house and garden.

You will be sharing an attractive, spacious bathroom with one other female lodger.

Downstairs you have full use of the open-plan kitchen and dining area which includes comfortable seating, bean-to-cup coffee machine, washing machine, ice-dispenser, microwave, etc.

Outside, there is comfortable seating in the relaxing south-facing garden, where you can enjoy barbecues in the summer.
