Lovely spacious rooms with double beds, large desk, integral wardrobe and chest of drawers. Each room has its own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Share a large kitchen and utility with washing machine and dryer. Two sofas and chairs in lounge with TV. Lovely garden and patio and parking on the front drive. All the bills are included in the rent as is fibre optic WiFi. We are a 20 minutes walk away from the centre of Chichester with a tesco store conveniently near, from which runs a free bus to the University. Bus 56 stops within two minutes walk.
We are very friendly and welcoming, used to getting along with our 'guest' students and professionals. We have a relaxed environment great for chilling out. We are considerate if you need to study quietly.
Our pet is an old friendly cat.
