A double bedroom is available at £750pm with all bills included. There is a shared bathroom on the same floor.
It is in a new house near the Festival Theatre in north central Chichester.

The house is on three floors and is fully furnished.

Nearby are Rolls Royce, St Richards Hospital, the Chichester University and the Festival Theatre.

I'm looking for a professional tenant who can offer good references. The other residents are young professionals in their twenties.

The rent includes your council tax (which is high because of the good location) and all utility bills which are also high. I believe this offers good value for money as the electricity and heating are expensive.
