Beautifully clean double bedroom available

I am a single, working female looking for someone to simply help with the cost of living. I am very clean, and it is a pet/ smoke free home. I enjoy cooking and would like to be able to share that with someone, in order to prevent food waste.

I would be looking for someone clean and respectful, that can adjust to the standards I have in the home. I would welcome a couple, but that would up the rent by an extra £110 a month to allow for all the bills.

There is a garage with room for one car, which I would be happy to allow you full use of most of the time, as I have an arrangement with a neighbour to use their space. On the odd occasion they need both, I’ll use the garage and you’ll need to find on street parking. There is usually plenty just out the front of our block.

There are 4 flats in our block and all the neighbours are very nice. It’s a generally very peaceful place to live.

Your room has a double bedroom available, 2 bedside tables and in the garage a matching wardrobe is ready to be put upstairs. I currently use it as a wash room but I will remove the clothes airer. There is however an electric clothes airer that will remain in place.
