Welcome to our warm and friendly refurbished house in sunny Crawley.
We have a lovely ground floor room that has just become available.
The room is for one person for a minimum of 6 months.

The current housemates are very friendly, and would love to meet you.

The room has a comfortable double bed and lots of storage including wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a shelving unit. The space under the stairs is included in the room too.

The room rate includes all bills and wifi.... so no need to worry who pays what... because we've got it covered.

There is a spacious shower room upstairs that has recently been redone, with a large walk-in shower, wc and basin.
A second WC and shower room are downstairs.
The communal kitchen and utility room have everything you need, plenty of storage, cooker, TV, multiple fridges, freezers, washing machine, tumble dryer, etc.
Your housemates work in and around Crawley. They have a range of jobs including logistics, caring, hospitality and upholstery. If you prefer to live with a great friendly group of people then this may be the house for you.

TV License for communal telly
Regular Cleaner for communal areas .
So there is nothing extra to pay.

Your landlords, Pam and Tania, are friendly and easily contacted. They have years of experience in providing homely, affordable, shared accommodation. If you have any maintenance issues all you need to do is WhatsApp them via the house group and you'll get a fast response and quick resolution.
