In some houses, all household goods are supplied too such as dishwasher tablets, fairy liquid, loo roll etc. There are lounge areas which have comfortable sofas and smart TVs with Netflix for you to relax and enjoy along with nice gardens to take advantage of those odd days of British sun, making our houses a great place to live. New central heating, double glazing and soundproofing insulation/thermal insulation throughout the properties on all external and internal walls.

Room rent includes all bills: Council tax, Electricity, Gas, Water, High-speed fibre optic Broadband and TV licence for lounge TV. There is a complimentary weekly cleaning service for communal areas/bathrooms and Netflix on the lounge TV along with regular house maintenance.
Our houses are situated in quiet residential areas with great transport links to Gatwick Airport, Crawley town centre, Manor Royal, London and Brighton. The 24hour Fastway 10 & 20 bus routes are a short walk from the houses with supermarkets and the town centre being only a short walk/drive too, which boasts and array of shops, restaurants and bars. On street parking directly outside the house available with some houses having private driveways too.
Deposits are protected in a Government-backed approved deposit protection scheme called the Deposit Protection Service (DPS).
