The room has a 4ft double bed, memory foam mattress and mattress protector. Duvet cover can be provided if wanted, wardrobe, chest of drawers. The door to the room is accessed via the lounge/diner. There is a door from the room to the nice garden. There is non reflective film to the windows for privacy.

The communal lounge is a very good size, There is a good size kitchen, utility room and two wash rooms, one of which has a shower. There is also a mature garden which the door to the room opens out onto.

The property is very well appointed for transport. The house is about 20 minutes walk from Three Bridges Station. Three Bridges has trains to London Bridge in 40 minutes. The bus stop, with the 100 service Fastway is 5 minutes walk away. The bus takes about 40 minutes to reach Gatwick Airport. The house is in a good area of Crawley, situated in a no through road. There are shops nearby and the larger Tesco store is about 25 minutes walk away.
