The room will be available from 1st August.

The house is in a very convenient location – only a 30-second walk to the bus stop for the number 10 bus, which goes directly to Gatwick Airport. Perfect for someone working at or near Gatwick.

You will be sharing the house with three friendly and respectful female housemates, so I would prefer a female tenant to keep the household dynamic comfortable.

The room is ideal for a working, calm, tidy and clean person who values a peaceful living environment. Please note that this room is not suitable for someone working from home.
