We are using two bedrooms The third one is available for rent. There are two toilets and one Bath in the house. The kitchen, dinning and bath area will be shared. We have a big garden. The kitchen is fitted with Gas burners.
There is a parking space in a covered garage for a car.
We have high speed fiber broadband included in the rent.
The nearby bus stop is a 5 minute walk, bus number 10 (all night service), 20 and 1.
The GP is a 2 minute walk away.
Broadfield Barton which is a shopping arcade is just a 5 minute walk away, there are stores of Iceland, Poundland, Superdrug, Convenience store, Chicken and Meat shops, Pharmacy and many Restaurants.
