One of two Double rooms for rent

I am renting out one of my double rooms. Both are of a good size, have air conditioning and come furnished including a desk.
Shared bathroom for both rooms and a shared kitchen.
The property is a short walk from Gatwick airport and so I am seeking primarily to rent to Gatwick staff or those on training courses, but I am also open to renting to shift workers within the NHS or similar.

All rooms are open , Bright and have a very large garden.

You are free to use ALL rooms including shower room , kitchen, living / dining room , garden except private bedroom.
We have an office space/ printer.

I am 42 and work in the trades and will be coming and going frequently. I have a small 2 year old collie who will be with most of the time and is very kind and gentle and loves people.

Free parking on a nearby over flow.

I am eco conscious , I would like you to be the same and care for recycling.

You MUST be tidy and organised
Polite and speak good English.

This property works well if you are a pilot or air hostess
