A spacious double room is available to rent in Southgate area of Crawley.

About the room:
The room is located near Southgate Drive, with a bus stop at the top of the road, and is less than 5 minutes walk to Southgate shops. Crawley town centre and Crawley Train Station is 10-15 minutes walk away, with easy access to London, and Gatwick Airport on either bus 10 or 20.

The room comes with a large spacious wardrobe with mirrors, double bed with mattress (with easily accessible storage underneath) and chest of drawers. There's no desk in the room, but the potential lodger is welcome to place their own desk if required, there's enough space for small sized desk.

About the household:
It's a wonderful, three bedroom house that you will share with one other housemate (male 38). Shared bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen is stocked with cutlery, cooking utensils but new occupant is welcome to bring their own.

There is a large garden that the current housemate enjoys and plants their own vegetables. A friendly cat called Biscuit will share your home.

There is fast speed wifi and virgin media.

There is parking out the front of the house in the cul de sac, but parking is limited.
