I'm looking for a clean, tidy and friendly professional lodger to share my home.

You'll be sharing with me, a single professional female in my 30s who works shifts. There are no pets or children. I also have a colleague who occasionally stays when working in the area in the 3rd bedroom. He commutes from Scotland and is deployed to different parts of the country for work most of the time, so it's usually just the two of us in the house. There are never more than three people staying at any one time.

The room is for single occupancy only. Both short-term (ideal for training or temporary work) and long-term lets are welcome. No pets will be allowed in the property.
