This is a room in a two-bedroom flat near Three Bridges Station. The room is furnished and the rent includes all bills. A newly renovated bathroom and kitchen are to be shared as well as the living room.
The room is preferably for single occupancy however couples could be considered (for £1250pm). I am looking for a someone that is respectful, easy-going, that keeps the shared areas clean and tidy.
The train station, Three Bridges is 6min away. There are good transport links in adition to the train, with several bus stops within 1-5min walk away. There is a Co-Op 1min away and Lidl 6min away and another amenities like post office, GP, farmacy and restaurants.
It is ideal for someone working at Gatwick Airport or if you are working in London and need a quick connection.
