The room has its own private en-suite bathroom and would suit someone looking for a quieter and more comfortable home rather than a busy house share.

Rent is £900 per month, with council tax and household bills included. On street parking is available.

You’ll have use of the kitchen and shared areas. I’m happy for the kitchen to be used normally, I just ask that you clean up after yourself and leave it tidy afterwards.

I’m looking for one professional, considerate and clean individual who will treat the flat with respect and keep their room and en-suite reasonably clean and tidy.

The flat is generally calm and quiet, with quiet hours from 2200 to 7:30am. This simply means being considerate with noise during those times.
