Room for rent in family home

We have a room to rent for single occupancy only in a 5 bed property.

We originally had 2 male Nigerian msc students renting both rooms but one is now moving out on November the 21st

Both rooms are decent sized loft rooms and have a brand new bathroom exclusively shared by these 2 rooms

Both rooms were recently refurbished

Existing household consists of me , mrs ( who works from home most days ) and one other tenant . We all work full time. We also have a very nosey but harmless cavapoo ( Mabel ). She barks a bit at first until she knows people

The room is semi self contained and has a fridge , freezer , kitchen pantry , air fryer , microwave, kettle etc and tv and Wi-Fi

This is mainly due to limited cupboard and fridge space in the main kitchen which is useable if required . This can be useful also to avoid having to come all the way down stairs to make a cup of tea for example as these rooms are on the 2nd floor

There is a large built in wardrobe in this room with shelves and hanging and also under bed storage drawers

There is a parking space off-road if required

Looking for someone to fit into our quiet , friendly household
