Bright, spacious large single room available in quiet, friendly home in Crawley. I also have 9 week old puppy jack russell must like dogs.

I am looking for a professional, who is quiet, clean, and respectful lodger to join my household.

Ideal for a person who works at Gatwick Airport or in Crawley as it's on the No. 10, 20 Route.

Gatwick South Terminal only 17 - 22 Mins
Manor Royal 12 mins
Crawley Town Centre 7 mins

The property is on the Number 10 bus route, which is 24 hours, and the bus is every 6 minutes, and the number 20 bus and 1 bus are also on the same route.

Single working person no couples

The room furnished with single bed and single wardrobe and chest drawers and desk.

No visitors or overnight stays. It's a quiet home. I ask that the tv sound is off by 10 or use headphones. And mobile phone calls to end by 10pm as other people in the house will be sleeping.

You will have access to a shared modern kitchen, which is fully equipped with appliances, microwave, kettle & toaster. I do ask that any cooking is done by 9pm. Use of washing machine. Washing I allow the machine to be used for two washes per week. And food to be eaten in the kitchen at the table. No food to be taken to the room. The room must be kept clean and tidy, and it's a no smoking house and room. No w*ed or drugs to enter the house at any time.

The bathroom is to be cleaned and toilet after use. As its shared with myself and one other person I have new carpets so i do ask that shoes are taken off at the door.
