Bus stop only 3 minutes away with buses heading to directions like Gatwick Airport(Bus 100 - only 12 minutes to the airport) or Royal Manor.

Great location if you are a daily commuter to London or Brighton, Croydon, Gatwick, Horley, Horsham.

There is a nearby path across the wood which leads to Tilgate Park, which is an ideal route if you enjoy cycling or jogging.
