This is a unique room with a luxury en suite in a very nice house, located in a very favoured up market road. 20 minutes walk to Three Bridges station and a short walk to well connected bus services.

Room size and capacity:

The room is larger than it looks; it is a long room. Including the en suite the room is 16 square metres. We are sorry that we cannot take couples as the room is licensed for only one person.

Fully furnished:

The room and the house is fully furnished. There is a large wardrobe and chest of drawers for all your clothes. A luxury en suite with shower, toilet and wash basin. And a roll top bath to relax in after long hours! There is room for a small desk/chair in the room.

Licensed house:

The house is registered and licensed by Crawley Borough Council.

Commuting:

Commuting to Gatwick Airport, London or Redhill is easy with about 20 minutes walk (normal walking pace) to Three Bridges station. There is a bus stop close to the house within a short walk of the house and the 100 Fastway bus service to Gatwick Airport.

Nearby facilities:

The house is close to Nuffield Health Fitness club under 2 miles away. Tilgate Park is highly therapeutic and can be walked to from the house. The town centre is walkable and will take about half an hour or is a short bus journey away. Maidenbower itself has a lot of green space and wooded areas. Local shops including a good sized convenience store, hairdressers, doctors and takeaway are nearby.

A nice garden to relax in during those summer months:

The garden with it's fish pond is pleasant to sit in and is well stocked with trees and shrubs. There is a patio area at the end of the garden with table and chairs. An ornamental stream surrounds the patio area. The garden is maintained by the landlords and is a wildlife haven.

Cooking and washing/drying in the house:

There is a well equipped kitchen and utility room. The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob and dishwasher. There is also a kettle and a toaster. In the utility room there is a washer/dryer, separate tumble dryer and an airer. Also in the utility room is a full sized microwave oven. There is also an American fridge/freezer in the kitchen. You have your own cupboards for your dry foods. All plates, cups, cutlery., pots and pans are provided. Outside in the garden there is also a clothes drying area, for those days when outside drying is possible.

A house with good and above average communal space:

There is a good sized communal lounge/diner with a large Smart TV and comfortable sofa and two matching chairs. There is a dining table in the lounge/diner.

Parking is available on the property, subject to availability. There’s unrestricted parking on the street. There’s usually space on the driveway though.
