I have 2 single rooms available with a fixed rent of £500 with a deposit of £500 which would be returned to you when you leave.

The room with the black and white wallpaper is available now.

The single room with the red curtains will be available on 1st September.

Very clean and tidy HONESTLY as most people say they are until the move here and then we find out they are not!!!

You will be able to share the use of the kitchen, dining room, shower room and garden.

Close to Crawley town centre with fastest transport links to Gatwick and Manor Royal.

There is a free car park outside the house.

Sorry no BIKES as no space but strictly NO DRUGS.

There is a parade of shops within walking distance approx. 5 mins.

The No. 2 bus is every 10 mins. to the town which only takes 5 mins. At the top of the road you can get the No. 10 bus which is every 6 mins. 24 hrs. to the airport. The No. 20 and 100 bus go to Manor Royal and the airport. Most buses now are 24 hrs.

K 2 Leisure Centre is only 5 mins. away so if you are into sports and you want to go somewhere near save having to go into one of the gyms in the town place for you!

We are a respectable house so if you are looking for a party one then this would not be suitable for you.
