I'm a live in landlord and would like a lodger who's female, professional, friendly and who wants to rent short to long term. The house has a sitting room, office room, kitchen and large conservatory/dining room on the ground floor and upstairs there are 2 en suite bedrooms. The garden has paved and grass areas. I'm friendly, chatty but also like some quiet time. I love film, tv, reading and the occasional few Amaretto's! My house is a tad creaky because it's old but in general the street is quiet. Parking is a bit difficult but there are options available.
