I am a single mother who is a HR professional and looking for someone to rent the room that is social but also likes their own personal space. Ideally, it has to be ok around my son. He has got such a good routine, very settled with sleeping at night, so you don't have to worry about your sleep. A family member cleans the house every 2 weeks, which is also included.

Car parking is available, however this is on a different street 1 minute walk away due to permit parking outside, so there no spaces outside due to residential parking. The room has been fully refurbished. Room clean and tidy.

Available mid-March 2026 family-like run home. Would suit a professional, down to earth, easy-going, clean individual who has a good sense of humour. Perfect for cabin crew, airport training or pilot training at Manor Royal. Also will consider other professionals not working at the airport. Please note: I need to replace the TV as this stopped working alternatively you can bring your own. There is a rail in the room no wardrobe.

£150 deposit to secure the room and £700 rent due on move in day and then monthly thereafter. The deposit will be refunded on the move out date once the room has been checked and the key is returned.
