Large double bedroom with ensuite in Crawley Down

I am putting this out for advert just to see if there is someone who is a right fit for us. This will be a brutally honest post.

The room itself is a large double aspect bedroom at the top of the house, which has an ensuite with a large shower. It has a new bed and mattress, large built-in wardrobe and chest of draws. There is a desk but if you don't want it i can find it a new home.

The house is in crawley down village centre with the local shops a short walk away; co-op, butchers, post office, pharmacy, restaurant.

A bus stop is across the road with good routes to crawley, east grinstead, three bridges which can get you to Gatwick

Shared living room with sofa, dining table, TV with netflix, amazon prime and broadband.
No driveway. However, the rule of the road is to park outside your own home so generally the space is free and we can share.

I have 2 cats which generally keep to themselves


I have a toddler so my house is full which means there would be very little space for your belongings in the main part of the house apart from your bedroom. My kitchen is tiny -shown in the photo, I would be able to offer you a small cupboard and one or two shelves in the fridge. I understand living with a toddler is not ideal for a lot of people which is why I would want to make sure we were a good fit. Pre kid I made a good house mate, liked both socialising and my own space. I would have a cleaner who would clean all main rooms used.
