We are renting rooms in our vacated family home to professional people.. The house is heavily beamed with masses of character. The rooms are spacious and partially furnished. There is a large garden, large kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker and plenty of storage including a shared larder. The kitchen has an AGA cooker as well as a conventional oven and hob. There is a breakfast room and very large living room with TV, and a boot room. All these rooms are communal.
We have a downstairs bedroom available. There is use of a separate private shower and toilet (both for your use only).
If 2 people (a couple want the room the rent will be £850 per calendar month)
There is. large sunny patio and garden to share, and private parking for 1 car all behind secure electric gates.
It should be noted a business is run from the outbuildings on the site.
There are 3 other mature, professional tenants in the house at present
