Double room in quiet household with lots of space!

Location: village location with a bus stop almost on our doorstep that takes you to crawley in about 20mins and east grinstead in about 15mins.

We are a young ( early thirties ) couple and a dog (5), who have a spare room to rent out. The room itself is a really good size with a double wardrobe built in!! You would also have (pretty much) sole access to the family bathroom which was only recently refurbished!

We are very lucky to have a large kitchen/utility/diner and there is plenty of storage! We also have a really decent sized garden( don't comment on the fence- we moved in less than a year ago and have concentrated on updating the inside of the house... we will get to the garden at some point...) it is south facing- so if you love the sun, you are in luck!

We are both professionals and like the quiet life. Our dog is pretty much the same and will spend her time demanding plays and snuggles on the sofa (Totally bias.. but she is the best)
We are looking for someone that is friendly, happy to hang out but equally likes their own space. We are not looking for anyone that works from home.

Happy to consider someone with a dog, if they get along with ours- interviews, references and treats required.
