Double Room in Clean Home with Young Professionals

Hi!

I am looking for other young professionals who will treat my home with respect and is clean and tidy!

I brought the house as a doer upper and have almost completed the whole house. I have recently had an extension to add a second bathroom and have almost finished landscaping the outside areas.

I have one double bedroom available for a long term let. I have recently brought a desk and new chest of drawers for the room. The house is clean, quiet and tidy. There is plenty of on street parking. It is a quiet road - not any through traffic as the road just loops round. I am close to the A27 and there is a local high street and a big tesco nearby.

I enjoy spending time outside or going out with friends. I am a vegetarian, but am not offended if you aren't!! I spend a lot of time at the gym or playing sports!

As housemates we get on well and have the odd game night or movie night or run together when our schedules match up.
