Walking distance to train station. We are located centrally in town.

Cleaner comes once a week to clean common areas, and bathrooms. Please be mindful to cleanup after yourself.
Light cooking preferable (shared house so if you cook for hours this is not the place to accommodate that).
We have one extra large corner room with à king size bed coming available.
The second room is a nice single corner room with plenty of storage.
No parking at the building, but there is plenty of parking around the area.
There is a £150 nonrefundable cleaning fee upon move out, which is deducted from the deposit .
