Room to Rent in East Grinstead

We have a room to rent in a 2 bed ground floor flat. £750
a month for a single person male or female. We have 2 cats so needs to pet friendly. All bills included but not food. The room has a small double bed with bedding, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, tv, mirror, chair and bed side lamp as well as bedding, extra bedding and desk. Option to add sky at cost. 10-15 minute walk to train station with direct trains to Victoria. Good bus links to crawley, gatwick and Tunbridge Wells etc. 10 minute walk from centre of town. Quiet neighbours. Shared living room and kitchen. You will have use of 1 shelf in the fridge and freezer and will have an allocated cupboard in the kitchen. Use of washing machine and tumble dryer and kitchen appliances. Shared bathroom although our room has an en suite so you could have main bathroom to yourself. Unfortunately NO parking although term time, our space is available from 8am - 5pm. Street parking within a ten minute walk and a pay and display carpark next door. Some visitor parking but not guaranteed spaces.


Also close to Queen Victoria hospital and Princess Royal as well as gatwick airport.
