Double Room for rent

We have a double room to rent in our 6 bedroom house in Felbridge. East Grinstead station is only a 20min walk or 5 min walk to bus stop to town centre, East Grinstead mainline or Three Bridges Station so its nice and convenient especially for commute to London or working in Gatwick.

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with fields to the rear so ideal if you like the countryside and walks. The room is on the ground floor with a built in wardrobe and a shower room opposite which would be largely for the sole benefit of the tenant. We are a professional couple, largely working from home with two older sons who are out working most of the time. The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, small desk, compact fridge and Microwave. Please note that this is for the ground floor bedroom and downstairs shower room, the rest of the house will be for our private use apart from accessing the washing machine in the utility room.

We have two large dogs so someone who is comfortable with dogs would be required. Our preference would be a professional person and who isn't solely home based for work. Broadband and bills included.
