Laid back clean tidy house that has been recently refurbished.

The house is set in a peaceful small village within the south downs national park, with surrounding countryside and easy access to central worthing.

The room is a large double room, with king-size bed, south facing overlooking the garden. Nice views and recently painted and newly furnished with kingsize bed, bedside table, wardrobe, TV and chest of drawers. All bills included.

It is a quiet semi-rural location in a cul de sac with a short walk along a quiet village street to Findon Green leading into open countryside and various walking routes across the Southdowns. This is a great place for dogs.

The room is part of a three bed house with a friendly dog. Happy to consider another friendly dog.

Looking for a friendly tidy person to share the space and open to a couple, with a rent adjustment by agreement circa £1050.

We're away from home fairly regularly, so the house is often very quiet and you'll have plenty of privacy. When we're away, you'll have the lounge and other shared areas to yourself.
