Looking for a friendly but private person, would suit someone looking for a safe, quiet crash pad.
Early starts so no up all night gaming or loud tv.

- hob & oven ~ you have a separate kitchen area with limited storage.
Also a sink, microwave, kettle & toaster, fridge ect.

Fair usage with shower & appliances (20/25 min showers are a bit much, as is 3/4 loads of laundry a week)

Village has 4 pubs, post office/shop, butchers, Tadjar Indian Restaraunt, garden center, with cafe within village & free street parking.
Additional local shops in Findon valley 2 min drive,

Excellent road links to Arundel - 10 mins, Horsham 15 mins, Gatwick - 40 mins, Brighton 20-30 mins.

2 Buses each hour 6am-8pm to/from Worthing station (20mins)

Sadly NO couples, pets, children, smokers, or anyone with mobility issues as there are steps.
Have my daughters dog who is not there during the day so cannot accept other pets as it’s not fair to anyone.
