I have got a spacious double room for a lodger.

The room comes furnished with built in wardrobe, curtain, comfortable super king bed with mattress & duvet, chest of drawers with glass protector on top, desk & chair. The room is bright with recently fitted window, carpet, light & recently painted walls. Bills included.

North Brook college, shops and Goring by sea train station are within walking distance. There are frequent trains to Brighton & London. Brighton is less than 35mins on the train

I am a happy, relaxed, & sociable working professional. I have 2 teenage daughters who stay with me every other weekend so I would prefer a responsible lodger

Rent includes bill (However, bills are subject to reasonable use). There will be additional charge for bills if a lodger uses utilities unreasonably.
