Household consists of one couple with daughter, and one other female tenant. Ages range from 11 years to 59 years.
Quiet house in quiet area near to train station with direct links to Brighton, London etc. Local shops are a 10 minute walk away, and Northbrook College around 20 minutes away by foot.
No pets and no smoking inside.
Spacious 4 bedroom house with fast broadband, main bathroom upstairs with separate wetroom/wc downstairs, fully equipped kitchen (awaiting refit).
Garden to the rear, and unrestricted street parking to the front.
