The room size is approximately 3.6m x 2.2m (11'9" x 7'3") currently set up with bunk beds as in the photos, but can be converted back to just a single bed.
We are looking for a single occupant for this room, but would consider parent and smaller child too.
Household currently consists of one couple with daughter, and one other female tenant. Ages range from 11 years to 60 years.
Quiet house in quiet area near to train station with direct links to Brighton, London etc. Local shops and bus stops are a 10 minute walk away, and Northbrook College around 20 minutes away by foot.
No pets and no smoking inside. Clean, tidy and considerate housemate only.
Spacious 4 bedroom house with fast broadband, main bathroom upstairs with separate wetroom/wc downstairs, kitchen with all the usual appliances.
Garden to the rear, and unrestricted street parking to the front.
£490 per calender month, £300 deposit. All bills, including council tax are included.
Month to month or longer let if required.
