Looking for a housemate to join me and my lovely Maine Coon cat Flossie in Hassocks!
Bills included, and you will not be responsible for council tax or groundskeeping fees (£250+/month saving!)

The house is 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi-detached, and your room is on the detached side overlooking the road.
The room is furnished, though if you would prefer to bring your own items that's no problem and I can take out whatever equivalent you are bringing.
This room gets direct sunlight in the afternoon to early evening, comes with a double wardrobe with full mirrored doors, plus USB and standard plugs throughout the room.
It's a new build so is bright, clean, and well insulated which is handy for chillier days in the Winter.

I have all major amenities including a dish washer, washing machine, microwave, LG OLED tv, speakers, central heating, plenty of storage and great shower pressure. The garden is large but not finished yet so please forgive the weeds!
You will have access to a parking space in the driveway, and also a large garage for any excess storage.

The house is in a very quiet spot surrounded by countryside with plenty of treats for foragers including hazelnuts, blackberries, and apples - and a 5min walk from a pub that serves fantastic roasts. It's a 15min walk/3min drive from Hassocks station.
The train into Brighton station takes 8 mins.

About me: I've worked the last 10 years in fashion tailoring and recently finished an MA in character design for video games. I'm also a DJ (always with headphones at home!) playing gigs in London/Brighton occasionally.
I have a lovely Brighton friendship group who visit occasionally for gaming and dinners.

I'm ideally looking for someone creatively-minded and social who of course who gets on with my large Maine Coon cat Flossie! I like to keep the house clean and fun so you'd be free to add personal touches.
