The house is in a quiet road and is a clean, comfortable, calm, friendly and creative space with lots of lovely house plants!
Double bedroom with a kingsize bed. Room has desk, chair, narrow chest of drawers and a small wardrobe. Happy for you to bring own furniture, other than the bed.

There are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets and you will get one bathroom for your use. I may use it occasionally but I have my own bathroom and toilet upstairs.

Please note: It is a shower over the bath.

Use of communal space Kitchen and TV living room and part of the garden.
I have an art studio in the garden that I spend quite a bit of time in.

I am looking for for a friendly, respectful individual who likes their own space and also is happy to engage sometimes.

Single occupancy and visiting guests with prior agreement. No overnight guests.
Fulll time students, Women only please.

I have 2 friendly dogs, so have to love, or at least like dogs!

8 minute walk to train station, Hassocks.

University of Sussex: 15 min drive

Hurstpierpoint college: 8 mins drive.
London: 50 mins train

Adastra Park, Less than 1 min walk
4 mins walk to local shops.
Perfect for nature lovers with lots of lovely walks within walking distance and many within 10 minutes drive.
