Unfirnished room (currently)

Hi,

My wife and I (56 & 57) years old are looking to rent out our daughters old room. We both live downstairs as my wife has MS. Whoever decides to move in with us would have a bathroom with power shower, wc etc.. and would pretty much have upstairs to themselves.

There 4 room upstairs and 5 rooms downstairs, including a living room and kitchen. The living room leads onto a large patio with patio furniture and lawned area.
There is a 1gb wifi available for gaming and working from home.
The kitchen has the normal appliance such as washing machine/tumble dryer, cooker, air fryer, dishwasher and microwave.

I work full time but my wife is at home and would be happy to chat. We have to cats and a dog (the dog will be joining my daughter soon)

You'll be more than welcome to use the kitchen & living room!

The room its self over looks the rear garden and is currently unfurnished. If your interested I can send pictures and can discuss the furniture required. We would prefer long term guests.

We are a 10 minute walk to Hassocks station.
Room for parking on the drive.
A short walk away from the village and pubs & takeaways.
