Newly Refurbed House with Double Room

Hi I'm Matt. Looking for a new housemate.

The Location - Situated in Haywards Heath, its a short 10 min walk to the town centre. 15 mins walk to the station, and 10 mins from the hospital.

About the Room & House, - The room itself is a large double, with built in wardrobe. The room comes furnished with draws, king size bed and mattress (I can remove the furniture if required). The house is 3 beds, with no plans to rent out the spare room, I use this as an office. The house has a large lounge and dining room area, with two newly fitted bathrooms upstairs and down.

The kitchen is well equipped and you will have your own food cupboard and freezer.

Outside Space - The garden is well kept, and a good size for entertaining. The Driveway has substantial parking, suitable for 2 to 3 cars.

About me - I split my time between WFH and the office nearby, i have a Labrador called Benji. I’m very sociable and really easy going. I don’t spend too much time in, after work I go to the gym or go running. Not a huge drinker these days, but enjoyed chilled weekends paddle boarding or surfing (just starting out).
