Southdowns Park is set within well-kept landscaped grounds with communal lawns. There is a residents gym (la stones throw from the front door), bicycle storage and a barbecue area. There is a nominated parking space and space for visitors.

House is situated close to main line station with direct links to Brighton and London as well as local shops. Non smokers with professional background preferred. The room is £800 including bills.
