We are a friendly family with two school age children (8, 16), a cat & a hamster. The house is in a quiet area with lovely birdsong. We are not generally very loud and mostly keep reasonable hours. I work mostly from home.

We would prefer people who are mature, independent and considerate. Mutual respect and tolerance is our way.

If you are looking for a party lifestyle then probably best to look elsewhere.
