Double room in peaceful location

Stay in a peaceful and sunny place with access to a stunning garden and lots of shared rooms like kitchen, living and dining rooms. It includes all bills! The house is near lots of local amenities and 20 mins from brighton. We have a cleaner come every other week so thats included in the price. The garden is a sun trap and there is a hammock for you to hang out and read in if you like. We’ve got super fast Wi-Fi and two bathrooms -all very important things we think. The occupants are busy and both work full time with active social lives so are often out of the house - it’s a peaceful boho atmosphere with enough room to have people over for dinner (if that’s what you want to do). We have a garage for bike storage and on street parking/ a driveway. We’d like to have someone live with us that is fairly clean and tidy. Ideally non-smoker or if they smoke, someone who wouldn’t smoke inside the house :) we haven’t been able to add that many photos but please do message me as we have an office room for storage, a big garage and a shared living room and dining room, and a downstairs W. C all of which I can send you photos of or your can come by for a viewing
