Gorgeous Country Home in midst of nature- Henfield

Hello there 🫶🏾

We have a room becoming available (approximately) Dec/Jan time in our gorgeous country home in Henfield West Sussex, 5 miles from Brighton. A driver is necessary for this location! Plus someone looking for the long term.

We live at the end of a country lane with no through traffic and have lots of nature 🪷 🦉🌳 There is an Orchard and land attached too, with a converted stables that our friend lives in on the land.

Currently there are 3 of us here but.. our lovely roomie and her dog are moving onwards 🥹

I'm Carly (she) 43yrs and Steve (He) 54 but looks 30!!! 🤣. We are very creative types, musicians, circus arts, comedy performance, home crafts etc. We enjoy the odd family meal/movie night but also respect one another's space and downtime. We enjoy nature walks (plenty around here), yoga and events such as ecstatic dance, comedy, singing circles and more.

We want someone who is emotionally mature and fun at heart. Age 35+ who enjoys a family home environment, community spirit and maintaining a loving atmosphere. Someone who is willing to help out with the maintenance of this large house. We do have a fortnightly cleaner but with it being a Victorian building, there are other specific things to keep on top of. We want somebody who is able to have healthy resolutions if issues arise in the home. We are only human after all and want to maintain the Safe & Comfortable home atmosphere we have currently. We adore this home!

Whilst we appreciate that everyone is on a life learning journey (including us), unfortunately we experienced previous people with addiction issues and emotional instability - which caused an uncomfortable home atmosphere. With kindness, we want to avoid repetitions of this in order to maintain a safe loving home sanctuary.
