We have a lovely and very bright room in our Victorian house share to rent with a king size bed if 200x160 cm and an ensuite shower and wash basin . There is also the lower main bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet downstairs .You do not have any adjacent person as there is the corridor to separate your room from your house mate . The room was refurbished in tropical water colors and it looks great in the recent color scheme . We have a fully equipped kitchen and living room and there is a small back garden to have breakfast on a sunny Sunday morning to go with . Our broadband works really fast and well and there is WIFI of course . It is a brilliant place for Job Starters, interns and people on a career change as everyone had good results in the past .It would be great to have you in the house . There is a 1 month deposit , in case of double occupation there would be a 130£ increase on the rent for the second person for bills . Making contact, please let us know your age , if you are single , your profession and where you work , if you have lived in a shared house before & which part of the beautiful planet you come from . Sorry we cannot take people not working or not attending a college or school. . Please present a complete vaccination record . There is a zero drug tolerance in the house and please be moderate on alcohol consumption as housemates should be well rested for the next day at work . We do not like people with strong religious believes as it often impacts other people’ s freedom. We prefer people with an interest in sports and travel and the open minded but focused spirit that goes along with it . We dislike couch potatoes and the spirit that goes along with that .
