I’m looking for a female housemate (no couples) to rent out my lovely double room in a quiet cul-de-sac just a 15 min walk from town. Plenty of parking and a stone’s throw from a lovely river-side walk.
The room has a built in cupboards and space for a chest of drawers/desk should you wish. Bed, bedside table, curtains and full length mirror included. Shared amenities, kitchen, lounge, garden and bathroom (I’m super clean and tidy!)
I have a lovely (hypoallergenic) dog and two cats who will brighten up your days!
I’d like to find someone like-minded. I enjoy working out, chilling in the evenings and going for cocktails!
