Horsham station is a 15 min walk, and it's about a 20 min walk across the park to the town centre.
You will need to provide references but I have never charged for credit checks.
I manage the bills and split them between the rooms; currently £150 per month for electricity, gas, water, council tax, cleaners and wifi.
The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers, and fridge freezer. The room has patio doors which you can use as your own entrance if you wish.
One allocated parking space (suitable for a small car only) is an optional extra for £30 per month.
