Single Room in Horsham

Room is in a 9.5 year old new build in Highwood estate, Horsham. My current lodger and myself are good friends and have lived in the property from new since December 2016. We are Christians and involved regularly with a local church. I am a self employed Graphic Designer, working from home and my lodger is an administrator, occasionally working from home.
Please note: We would prefer a female lodger as all the other housemates are female.

I have 2 small dogs, who are typical small dogs...i. e. woofy! Experience with dogs therefore would be useful but not quintessential!

The room, although single, has been maxed out by way of storage space to ensure you'd have plenty of space to store your things.

I can't guarantee you a permanent parking space but there are visitor bays in the immediate vicinity. The neighbourhood is very lovely and inclusive so if you do have a car I may be able to speak to some neighbours with regards to an arrangement.

Happy to consider short term lets or week day only lets.

Cost of council tax (band D) is included. Friendly housemates also included :)
