Single room in quiet road - 20 min walk to town

One single bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, moderate shared living/dining area, modern kitchen, bathroom and large garden with outdoor seating. There is free parking at the front and back of the property.
This house is a 20 minute walk to Horsham town centre/train station (or a 10 min cycle/5 min drive).

I am looking for another working professional like myself, between 25-40 non-smoker who has lived in a shared property before and familiar with sharing responsibilities (such as keeping the communal areas clean and tidy, replacing shared consumables like toilet rolls, washing up liquid, bin liners, emptying the bin/recycling etc...).

Bills included cover gas, electric, water and gigabit broadband internet. Council tax TBC.

Rent will be paid monthly in advance, no deposit required.
Initially it would just be a 6 month max rental period, to be reviewed later for possible extension.
