2 bed self contained annex

Available immediately is a self contained two bed annex with one double, and one large sofa bed.

Suitable for single person or couple with a sitting room. Both rooms have access to a 'Jack and Jill' ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a basic kitchen with microwave, electric hob, Nespresso machine kettle and toaster.

There is a TV and DVD and wifi.

The annex is next to our house but private and has access to large off street parking area (2 cars max). We're happy to discuss shared use of areas of the garden which is large and private. We are located on the edge of Hunston which is cyclable into Chichester as well as on the 51 bus route.
