The room is a double with a small en-suite (shower, sink, toilet). In the room is a built in wardrobe, drawers, desk, bedside table and wifi access. You would have access to the kitchen, garden and living room also, some cupboard and fridge space is included.

Quiet household in quiet cul-de-sac location within easy reach of Chichester city centre and A27. roughly a 30 min walk along the canal or 10 min drive. We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy and not to noisy, absolutely no smoking in the house. Ideal for someone staying in the Chichester area during the week for work and returning home at weekends to their main home elsewhere. Space for one extra car on the driveway.

This is a family home for myself and my daughter. There are 3 friendly cats in the house.

This is advertised as Monday-Friday (from Sunday evening to Friday noon), there may be some flex as to which 5 nights though with prior agreement, but full time won't be considered.
