Lovely Loft room en-suite in creative home

Have your own floor & bathroom (2nd floor, loft room) in a creative home, sharing with a relaxed female landlord; I have shared with people all my life, easy going and open minded.

I enjoy a simple, creative, and healthy lifestyle. Love music, films, food, gym, & open to all kinds of ideas & people.

The house has loads of room, a real piano in the lounge, a woodburner, lovely garden/patio, and all mod cons.

It's close to Hurstpierpoint village which has a buzzy vibe and lovely places to eat/hang out. Lush walks on our doorstep and close to Hassocks station for commuters to London or Brighton.

Must be someone who treats the house like a home, socialises a bit but respects my space and enjoys their own too.

The room has a double bed, new mattress, bedside table, chair, chest of drawers, hanging space and is simple and clean. The floor has recently been freshly painted (better than the video) so it's lovely and new.

Women only, no cats, sorry. you must love dogs as I sometimes look after a friends labrador. The dog in the picture doesn't live here anymore : (
