House share in our spacious 4 storey Victorian townhouse in Keymer.

We have one large double (5m x 3m approx) which includes double bed, desk, 2 built in wardrobes and sockets/TV point remaining to share with 2 others in their 20s. The price include bills, council tax and superfast broadband . New carpets and freshly painted too! This room enjoys fantastic view of the South Downs.

Important: All tenants are in their 20s so we are looking for likeminded tenant in their 20s to take this amazing bedroom.

Shared facilities include: lovely large country kitchen/diner/lounge with fireplace, utility, courtyard, 2 toilets and bathroom with shower bath.

Although no dedicated parking, there is plenty of free on street parking in a village setting and only 10 mins walk to Hassocks railway station.

I'm a live out landlord but nearby for any problems.
